Welcome to Pyla Games! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pyla Games website and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Pyla Games is a game discovery platform that allows users to browse, search, and find PC games organized by genre. The Service provides game metadata including titles, descriptions, version information, screenshots, and videos sourced from third-party providers. Pyla Games does not host, develop, or own any of the game content or files themselves. We function solely as a discovery and indexing platform that connects users with game files available elsewhere on the internet.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or servers.
- Use any automated means, such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access or index the Service without our express written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance or functionality of the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with any use of the Service.
4. Third-Party Links & Downloads
The Service provides links to third-party download sources that are not owned or controlled by Pyla Games. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, availability, legality, or safety of any files available through those third-party sources. You acknowledge and agree that Pyla Games shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, data loss, malware, or other harm caused by or in connection with files downloaded via third-party links. You access and download all third-party content entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend using up-to-date antivirus software when downloading any files from the internet.
5. Intellectual Property
All game titles, logos, screenshots, and related media displayed on Pyla Games are the intellectual property of their respective developers and publishers. Pyla Games makes no claim of ownership over any game content. The Pyla Games name, logo, interface design, and underlying codebase are the property of Pyla Games and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
6. Copyright Policy and DMCA Notices
Pyla Games respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, and other rights holders. As we do not host any game files directly, we cannot remove them from the internet. However, we will promptly remove links from our platform upon receipt of a valid infringement notice.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content linked to on our Service infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., game title and publisher).
- Identification of the material on Pyla Games that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific Pyla Games URL(s) where the links are located.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Pyla Games DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Pyla Games BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF FILES, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT OR FILES OBTAINED THROUGH IT.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
